Brighton College Prep Hove is seeking a Premises Manager on a full-time, permanent basis to start as soon as possible. The role covers day-to-day management, maintenance, security and presentation of the school site, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

The successful candidate will oversee buildings and grounds operations, coordinate contractors, support compliance, and contribute to ongoing improvements of the estate.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, premises or estate management.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements and safe working practices.
• Experience managing contractors and overseeing maintenance works.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day management, maintenance, security and presentation of the school site.
• Coordinate contractors and maintenance activities to support statutory compliance.
• Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school estate.
• Ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
