A new secondary school in Acton is seeking a Premises Assistant to ensure a safe and inviting learning environment. The role includes site maintenance, security, and health and safety management. The successful candidate will benefit from extensive training and development opportunities.
About The Role
We are recruiting an exceptional team of staff to support the next stage of development of a genuinely transformational school. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the highest expectations of student effort and conduct, and do so with kindness and warmth.
As the Premises Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Academy is a safe, inviting, and positive learning environment for students, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the highest quality of site maintenance.
You will support the management and operations of premises-related functions at the academy, including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, cleaning, health and safety, lettings of facilities, and contractors.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the school. They will be supported in their development and preparation for future roles through one-to-one support, coaching, mentoring, and access to extensive training networks.

We are a new secondary school in Acton, opened in 2021, with 720 students in Years 7-10 from September 2024, launching our GCSE programmes for the first time.
