Job summary

Premier Central London consultancy is seeking a Structural Design/Project Conservation Engineer to join its Heritage/Conservation team at the London head office. The role involves contributing to a diverse workload of heritage and conservation projects with values up to £50 million.

Candidates should be a Graduate member of IStructE and/or ICE, hold an MEng/MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering, and have post-graduation design skills in refurbishment.

Qualifications

• Graduate member of IStructE and/or ICE is required.
• MEng or MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Post-graduation design experience in refurbishment is preferred.
• Keen interest in heritage/conservation and a desire to specialise in conservation.

Responsibilities

Job description

Premier Central London consultancy requires a Structural Design/Project Conservation Engineer to join the small but very busy Heritage/Conservation team within its London head office.

Candidates will need to be a Graduate member of IStructE and/or ICE, be educated to MEng/MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering and have good post-graduation design skills in conventional refurbishment consultancy. They should be keen to divert their career into conservation (or already be working in that field) and looking to establish themselves within a well-established team.

Current workload is a diverse mixture of heritage and conservation projects across London and the South East with project values up to £50million.
