Candidates should be Chartered (or near) members of IStructE and/or ICE, hold an MEng/MSc in Structural or Civil Engineering (minimum 2:1) from a top global university, and possess strong design and project management skills gained in UK consultancy. They should be technically proficient and eager to contribute to the growth of the office.

The current workload includes projects valued up to £50 million across residential, commercial, retail, and leisure sectors, primarily in the UK. Many projects have received awards, reflecting the consultancy's reputation for excellence.
