Join us on our improvement journey in Northern Lincolnshire and Goole towards 'Better Births'. There are posts in all aspects of Midwifery and the opportunity to maintain all your skills as a rotational midwife in a forward-looking service with staff that has the enthusiasm to improve care for women and families.
The unit has been awarded BFI Level 3. We have exciting opportunities for experienced midwives to join our established team of midwives at NLAG.
Main duties of the job
Working in the Antenatal Day Unit and Consultant-Led ANC, including a Fetal medicine ANC. Performing screening tests and effective monitoring of pregnancies.
Supporting, supervising, and teaching less experienced staff in the department and relevant clinical and non-clinical procedures and practices.
Working autonomously within the department/team within Trust guidelines and sphere of professional practice.
