Medmatch is seeking a Predominantly Private Dentist to join a Grove-area practice with an established patient base. The role offers a mix of NHS commitment and a 45% private income split, plus strong potential for private treatment, including implants.

The successful candidate will benefit from mentoring, CPD, and dedicated marketing support to maximise private income and develop clinical interests. Part-time, 3 days per week with one late evening required.

Qualifications

• GDC-registered dentist with valid UK practice license.
• Experience in private dentistry or NHS/private mix is desirable.
• Interest or experience in implant dentistry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inherit an established patient list and manage a mixed NHS/private practice.
• Provide high-quality dental care with emphasis on private income generation.
• Develop implant dentistry opportunities from external referral demand.
• Engage in CPD, mentoring, and marketing initiatives to support clinical growth.
