Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Assistant Preconstruction Manager to work with the Preconstruction Manager across Design-Build, Design Assist, and Integrated projects. Your role will support estimating, engineering, and VDC activities to meet project goals.

The position requires a technical degree or higher, 15-20% travel, and a schedule that may extend beyond standard hours to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Education: Technical Associates or Bachelors degree.
Experience: Any appropriate combination of education and experience as determined by management.
Travel: 15-20%.
Work Schedule: 7 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday; additional hours may be required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Task Item Analysis (TIA) and Project Status Report (PSR) development and tracking.
Applies detailing and prefabrication strategies to design during preconstruction.
Leads and assists estimating team in budget development and cost alternatives.
Provides design, budgeting and model coordination support for Design-Build and Design Assist.
Maintains awareness of changes and communicates to the project team.
Supports field personnel during construction and translates design intent to site.
Supports RFP processes and project pursuits.
Coordinates energy code and egress lighting drawings for state submittals.
