A leading construction contractor is seeking a Preconstruction Manager based in Northamptonshire with some flexibility for remote work. This role involves managing bids for industrial and distribution projects and requires either extensive experience or a junior candidate with a background in project management. Preconstruction Manager - Northamptonshire + some remote work.
-Industrial / Distribution Centre / Logistics Warehouse projects.
(Previous experience in these project sectors would be ideal but not essential).

This employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Preconstruction Manager to tenderon a range of Industrial & Distribution projects.
DUTIES:
You will be one of a close knit team of Preconstruction Managers, reporting into the Preconstruction Director, your duties will include:

REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this Preconstruction Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Site Manager, Site Agent, Site Engineer, Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, Preconstruction Manager or similar.
-Will also consider candidates that have worked on other general build construction projects
- Previous Main Contractor employment ideal.
- High level of communication and writing skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
-Site Engineering background would be ideal but not essential.
LOCATION: Northamptonshire office, with some remote work also available.
