Job summary

1313.uk is seeking an experienced MEP Preconstruction Manager for projects across healthcare, industrial, education and commercial sectors in the West Midlands. You will guide the tender process cradle to grave at a strategic level, managing bids, negotiations and settlements from initial contract onwards.

M&E Preconstruction Manager desired for a leading UK Construction powerhouse operating in The West Midlands. You will be working across major projects within Healthcare, Industrial, Education and Commercial. As an MEP Preconstruction Manager you will be guiding the tender process cradle to grave at a strategic level. Managing bids, tender negotiations, settlement etc from initial contract. This M&E Preconstruction Manager must come from a building services background, ideally through estimating, costing, design or management with a proven track record of M&E Preconstruction activities.
