As a Preconstruction Manager, you will be responsible for leading the pre-contract phase of projects, from initial client engagement and cost planning through to successful contract award. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the preconstruction process for commercial office fit--out projects in London.
• Develop and implement winning bid strategies, including value engineering and risk assessments.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and presentations.
• Conduct thorough site surveys and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate and manage input from design teams, estimators, and supply chain partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other key stakeholders.
• Negotiate preconstruction agreements and contribute to the smooth handover to the delivery team.
• Identify and mitigate potential commercial risks during the preconstruction phase.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and innovative fit-out solutions.
