Preconstruction Manager

My client is a leading D&B firm specialising in the Commercial / Office Fitout segment of the industry and is looking for a Preconstruction Manager.

The office is based in the Berkshire region but the candidate would not need to constantly be in the office as the role would require you to meet clients and visit sites regularly - so you don't need to be based in the area every day.

The client has won lots of new exciting projects and is looking to expand its team.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Able to Drive
2. Strong knowledge of the Design & Build fitout process
3. Well presented and spoken
4. Experience as a precon within the UK D&B industry with focus on commercial fitout
5. Ideally a traditional background / experience somewhere along the lines
6. Has experience with pricing through to delivering the numbers
7. Able to conduct site visits
8. Able to Manage / Review / Develop Tender applications / process
