Owen Daniels is partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a TIG Welder for its growing team in Alcester. You will produce precision components to customer and industry standards in a high-quality engineering environment.

The role is permanent with a competitive salary and a standard day shift. You will work from engineering drawings, perform TIG welding, and contribute to continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven TIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to work from engineering drawings and welding specifications.
• Experience welding thin gauge material.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out TIG and Linear welding activities per drawings and specs.
• Set up components, tooling and fixtures for production.
• Interpret welding symbols and manufact. docs to complete operations.
• Perform in-process inspections using measuring equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety and continuous improvement in production.
