Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Sheet Metal Worker / Laser operator to join a busy workshop in Batley, West Yorkshire. The role covers sheet metal work, MIG welding, laser cutting and press brake tasks, with a focus on precision manufacturing.

You will read engineering drawings, communicate effectively with the team, and undertake general workshop duties. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 6am-2pm, with pay around £15 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a high precision manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
