Job summary

Morgan Jones Limited is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker in Staplehurst for a permanent day shift. You will manufacture precision sheet metal components from engineering drawings, using a range of fabrication techniques in a clean, quality-conscious environment.

You'll work on fine-limit fabrication, read drawings, perform deburring and drilling, spot weld where required, and contribute to continuous improvement across production. TIG welding experience is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in precision sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with deburring, drilling and spot welding.
• TIG welding knowledge is a plus; others welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture precision sheet metal components from drawings.
• Operate forming, deburring and drilling processes.
• Read drawings and ensure high-quality components.
• Support continuous improvement in production.
• Perform welding tasks as needed on the line.
