Job summary

Trinity Industrial is seeking an experienced Screen Printer for its production team in Birmingham. The role focuses on producing high-quality printed components for aerospace, automotive and manufacturing sectors using manual and semi-automatic screen printing equipment.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, preparing inks and substrates, colour matching, and ensuring strict quality and deadline adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in screen printing or print production is essential.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is essential.
• High attention to detail and colour accuracy are required.
• Ability to read production paperwork and follow work instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and accuracy under pressure are important.

Responsibilities

• Set up manual and semi-automatic screen printing machines.
• Prepare screens, inks and substrates for production.
• Mix inks to customer specifications and colour requirements.
• Print onto aluminium, stainless steel, brass, polycarbonate, polyester, vinyl and other substrates.
• Ensure accurate registration and colour consistency.
• Carry out efficient print runs while maintaining quality standards.
• Complete first-off inspections before production begins.
