Job summary

Jota Holdings is seeking an experienced QC Inspector to join our manufacturing team in the UK. You will perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections on high-precision machined components, using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and CMMs to verify dimensions and finishes against drawings and customer specs.

• Experience performing first-off, in-process and final inspections on machined components.
• Solid understanding of GD&T and tight tolerances.
• Experience using precision measurement equipment and recording results.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections on machined components.
• Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, CMM).
• Verify dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes against drawings and specs.
• Create inspection reports and documentation (FAIRs/ISIRs) and upload to portals.
• Support 8D investigations and corrective actions.
