Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced Programming Lead, Samples, Kits and Laboratory to drive biomarker sample management and data integrity across global clinical programs. You will partner with study teams, data management, biostatistics, and vendors to optimize lab operations and kit logistics.

You will lead the development of tools and dashboards to monitor samples, labs, and operational metrics, using Python, R, SQL, and APIs while ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 6+ years in clinical research in CRO/pharma/academia.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Programming: Python, R, SQL or similar; Linux/Unix familiarity.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional biomarker sample operations and study data.
• Oversee biomarker samples, kits, labs, and logistics.
• Develop tools/dashboards to track samples and data.
• Collaborate with data management and statistics teams.
• Ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Support study documents related to samples.
