Pertemps Redditch Industrial is recruiting a Factory Associate for a Redditch-based manufacturer on a permanent, full-time basis. The role runs Monday to Thursday, 0600–1600, with higher-rate alternate shifts available. The position offers 33 days holiday and progression opportunities with premium overtime rates.

You will work in the engineering division producing high-precision components for aerospace, automotive and defence clients, following detailed instructions and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations and producing high-precision components.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-precision components for aerospace, automotive and defence sectors.
• Follow detailed instructions and specifications in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Operate power presses and support loading/unloading & monitoring furnaces.
• Assist with grid polishing/finishing materials as required.
