Qualifications

• Experienced tool room operative within the engineering sector.
• Excellent Manual Turning skills.
• TIG Welding knowledge would be advantageous.
• Surface Grinding & Polishing experience.
• Capable of reading complex engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of providing accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work to both independently and well within a team.
• Adhering to all Quality and H&S Standards.
• Manual Milling and Boring experience would be beneficial.
• Experience in Machining a wide range of specialist materials including Heavy Flame cut Structural Steels, High tensile steel, Aluminium, Brass, Bronze and Acetal.
• Experience of working to ISO9001:2015.
• Ability to visually inspect work.
• C/B FLT License would be beneficial.
