Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Machine Operator & Assembly Operative in Rochdale to operate machinery and assemble ironing boards and air dryers. The role supports production targets in a hands-on team environment, with a focus on quality and safety.

The position is temporary with early finish on Fridays and overtime opportunities where available, offering a practical entry to a busy production team in a UK manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Manufacturing/assembly experience in a production setting.
Ability to follow work instructions and meet quality standards.
Good attention to detail and reliability.
Reliable and punctual with a team-focused approach.
Strong awareness of health and safety requirements.
Experience using hand and power tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery for ironing boards and air dryers.
Carry out assembly of components and finished products to spec.
Follow production schedules and keep accurate records.
Inspect parts for quality and assist with rework as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
