Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Grinder / Threadmill Operator to join our team in the United Kingdom. The role involves manual machining, including cylindrical grinding and learning threadmill operations, with a focus on process control and safety.

The successful candidate will follow drawings, perform quality inspections, and participate in continuous improvement, training peers and apprentices, and maintaining equipment and safety standards across the production area.

Qualifications

• Experience with turning, cylindrical grinding and milling.
• Apprenticeship in manufacturing or NC/HMC level.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
• Strong numeracy and mathematical skills.
• Experience operating manual machines including jib cranes.

Responsibilities

• Operate Threadmill machines and other machinery.
• De-burr screwsets; inspect parts.
• Perform grinding on cylindrical grinders.
• Review and update setups and SOPs.
• Operate various manual machinery (drill, mill, etc.).
• Quality inspections per drawings and requirements.
• Maintain equipment efficiency and safety practices.
• Participate in EHS and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide training to peers and apprentices.
• Contribute to the company quality system.
