We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Engineering Inspector to join our quality-focused team. This is a critical role for someone who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards and plays a key part in driving operational excellence.

As the quality authority in our standards room, you’ll lead inspection activities, operate and program our CNC CMM systems, and ensure quality processes meet rigorous industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate CNC CMM machines using PC-DMIS software
• Create detailed quality inspection reports and maintain documentation
• Sign off jobs in alignment with quality plans and production requirements
• Maintain and calibrate all quality-related equipment
• Govern internal quality policies and procedures
• Ensure a clean, controlled, and compliant standards room environment
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits when needed
• Lead NCR creation and manage 8D problem-solving processes
• Coach and mentor team members on quality best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader business needs
• Champion SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) standards across the board
