Job summary

Proactive Global in Windsor is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble and test products per manufacturing instructions, delivering against the daily Production Plan. The role covers mechanical and electrical assembly, including soldering small components, while maintaining quality standards and safe working practices.

You will contribute to continuous improvements in manufacturing operations and maintain clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• 2 years' continuous experience in an assembly environment.
• Proficient with mechanical and electrical sub-assembly work.
• Previous soldering experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to Manufacturing Instructions and Production Plan.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure attention to detail.
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, including soldering.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping in the work area.
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement in manufacturing operations
