Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Concrete Finisher for site work on civil engineering projects. You will place, level, and finish concrete, using hand and power tools to screed, float, trowel and texture surfaces.

You will set up and strip formwork as needed and ensure work meets project specifications. You will work with site supervisors and other trades to hit deadlines, while maintaining tools in good order and following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Concrete Finisher position
• CSCS Card required
• Strong work ethic in a team
• Be approachable and happy to work as a point of contact when working in a standalone position

Responsibilities

• Place, level, and finish concrete to a high standard.
• Use hand and power tools to screed, float, trowel, and texture concrete surfaces.
• Set up and strip formwork where required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with project specifications.
• Work alongside site supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Follow all health and safety procedures on site.
