Job summary

EVera Recruitment is seeking a Build Technician to support the assembly of high-performance vehicles in a low-volume, high-complexity environment. You will work with Production and Engineering teams to ensure quality throughout the build process.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, following assembly documentation, and using hand tools to deliver precise sub-assemblies and full vehicle builds within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and workshop equipment.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assembling mechanical, electrical and composite components using drawings and assembly documentation.
• Following build instructions to complete vehicle assemblies.
• Using hand tools, fixtures and workshop equipment for sub-assemblies and full builds.
• Working within a build team to deliver high-quality assemblies.
• Identifying and escalating issues related to build processes, drawings or quality.
