Job summary

KPA Recruitment Ltd has partnered with a Stafford Park client in Telford to recruit an Assembly Worker. The role involves constructing quality assemblies, wiring components, and using a range of hand and power tools on a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm schedule.

You will follow detailed specifications, maintain clean work areas, and cooperate with colleagues to meet daily production targets in a safe, supportive environment. Temp to perm contract.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to follow assembly instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and basic power tools.
• Previous assembly experience is essential and attention to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire components using hand and power tools according to specifications.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure workspace.
• Inspect wiring and assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized; manage tools and materials.
• Support inventory by tracking parts and reporting shortages.
• Assist in warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials.
