Job summary

Ethero is recruiting for Assembly Operatives in Hortonwood, Telford. Roles involve assembly on a production line, quality checks, and packing finished products in a modern factory environment with onsite car park and canteen facilities.

Hours are days from Monday to Thursday 7am–4.15pm and Friday 7am–11:00am, with overtime at premium rates. Immediate starts available with induction and training provided.

Qualifications

• Able to build product to quality standard.
• Able to follow work instructions.
• Keen eye for detail and a conscientious attitude.
• A positive, can do attitude.
• Good communication skills required.
• Experience using power tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assembly work on a production line.
• Quality checking of components and finished products.
• Packing finished product for dispatch.
• Use of hand tools and power tools to assemble components according to specifications.
