Job summary

Senior Flexonics LPE in the UK is seeking an Assembly Operative to join a skilled team responsible for precision components and assemblies for aerospace, defence and energy sectors. You will work on high-value parts requiring careful handling and meticulous workmanship.

Key duties include detailed finishing, assembly to fine limits, pressure testing, hand polishing and fettling, plus marking and cleaning. You will maintain shop order logs and provide updates to the Production Manager to ensure

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years as skilled metal worker and finisher.
• Experience assembling to fine limits and tolerances.
• Experience in metal manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assembly and fitting to high-value components.
• Carry out pressure testing and cleaning.
• Maintain shop order logs and provide updates.
