Job summary

Shooting Stars Nurseries in Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced Early Years professional to lead the Pre-Toddler Room as Room Manager. You will guide a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care, learning and safeguarding, while maintaining outstanding practice across the room.

With a full-time 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, you will supervise a team of Early Years Practitioners and support staff, ensure EYFS compliance and build strong partnerships with parents and carers, contributing to a

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.
• Experience supervising or leading a team within Early Years.
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education.
• Sound safeguarding knowledge and professional judgement.

Shooting Stars Nurseries is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years professional to oversee our thriving Pre-Toddler Room at our Bromsgrove nursery.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established Room Leader, Senior Early Years Educator, or experienced Nursery Practitioner looking to further develop their leadership career within a well-respected nursery group.

You'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for children, guiding colleagues to deliver outstanding practice, and ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and safeguarding are maintained every day.

About the Role

As Room Manager for our Pre-Toddler Room, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team whilst creating an engaging environment where young children can learn, explore and flourish.

Your responsibilities will include:
