Role Purpose:

Drive HCP advocacy and initiatives across the pre-term portfolio to increase market share. Understand and monitor the usage and route to market of Aptamil & Cow & Gate milks in hospital settings.

Key Activities:
BUSINESS PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT
  • Develop a data-backed Pre-Term customer strategy to maximize opportunities.
  • Understand and drive the route to market for both Pre-Term and Aptamil/Cow & Gate milks.
  • Implement a process to understand and report on the usage of Aptamil/Cow & Gate.
SALES, PROFIT AND MARKET SHARE
  • Drive HCP advocacy and initiatives through clinical benefit selling.
  • Encourage higher usage / competitor switch through clinical arguments.
  • Identify route to market opportunities to drive topline and profit growth.
CUSTOMER IMPACT & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
  • Manage customer relationships.
  • Develop a clear national customer segmentation and focus resources accordingly.
  • Mobilize KOLs/Commercial advocates, supporting involvement in customer symposiums and educational meetings.
  • Identify key influencers who may influence the NHS agenda and develop relationships to support favorable promotion environment.
INTERNAL COLLABORATION
  • Engage cross-functionally to drive business growth and provide insights into key processes & forums.

The territory for this role is Scotland and North/North East (Yorkshire & Humber) of England; you will need to be based in one of these locations.

The fixed-term contract is for 12 months, ending May 2026.

Salary range: £45,000 - £50,000.
