Job summary

Fractile Ltd. is seeking a Modelling Engineer to develop pre-silicon models for AI acceleration hardware.

You will enable architectural exploration, functional modelling, and early software development on virtual platforms, collaborating closely with hardware, software and ML teams in a true hardware–software co-design loop. You will shape the accelerator architecture, analyze performance trade-offs, and contribute to risk reduction across the product lifecycle before silicon exists, reflecting

Qualifications

Experience in pre-silicon modelling of complex semiconductor IP.
SystemC or equivalent modelling frameworks.
C++ for high-performance simulation.
Performance modelling and architectural analysis.
Verification and functional modelling.

Responsibilities

Develop pre-silicon models of Fractile's AI acceleration hardware to enable architectural exploration and definition.
Perform functional and performance modelling, bottleneck analysis and early software development on virtual platforms.
Collaborate with hardware, software and ML teams in a hardware–software co-design loop.
