Job description

The Governors of our friendly and successful school are seeking to appoint a Pre-School Teaching Assistant on a permanent basis to help us achieve our aims of getting the best from all our children, aged 2 to 5, in their learning and personal development.

Pre-School Teaching Assistant, Salary Grade 4 £25,183 per annum pro rata 30 hours per week. Working 39weeks per year. (approx. £17,485 pa)The hours of work as a Teaching Assistant will be 8.30 am to 12.00 and 12.30 to 3.00 pm Monday to Friday.

You Will

• Have experience of working with children in an educational setting.
• Have completed or be willing to complete NVQ level 2 in childcare learning and education. or equivalent qualification.
• Be enthusiastic, imaginative and reflective.
• Be skilled at building excellent relationships with children, parents and staff.
