About the role:

Pre-School Room Manager Join us at Little Pioneers and embark on a fulfilling journey as a Room Manager, where you'll not only build your career but also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young minds. As a Room Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team, fostering children's development in inspiring environments. Your journey with us will be a stepping stone towards becoming a leading childcare professional. * We are flexible with days worked and consider a 4 day working week.*

What will the role involve?

• Leadership - Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues.
• Planning and Assessment - Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Collaboration - Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
• Teaching Excellence - Play a key role in supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.

• Full and relevant level 3 qualification (Essential)
• An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)
