Baby Room Assistant Manager - full time
We are a beautiful setting based in Flax Bourton, easily accessible from so many places in Bristol, and Red Bus has been operating as a company for 11 years. We continually strive to do things better and we just want Red Bus to be the best place ever for children and the best place for staff to work. Our Flax Bourton site has been open only for 12 months and it is flourishing. We already have an amazing established team but we are still growing, so need to add some more lovely people to that.
We really value and take care of our staff team and they all work so well together, supporting each other and helping where they can. Our managers are open and listen and do what they can to make working for Red Bus the best experience.
All this has led to us being Ofsted Outstanding in our first two settings. We are very focused on quality but we are also very relaxed and love to have fun.
If you join Red Bus, you will join a very strong community of like-minded people who work together and tend to stay working for us for a long time. We are growing and we have good solid, staffed teams; we just need more of you as more and more parents turn to Red Bus in difficult times. We are also supported by our own team of bank staff.
Come and join us! Or even just come and talk to us to see if it is for you.
We have a lovely position available in our Pre-School Room for an Assistant Manager.
We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of two years post-qualifying experience who will have demonstrated great practice and strong leadership skills.
To support the Room Manager to lead and manage the staff team in the day-to-day operations to ensure the room runs smoothly, children are well cared for, engaged, and thrive, also to assist in the development of staff within the team. This is a large baby area spread over interconnecting rooms.
This position would suit someone who is already in a similar or a Room Leader type position or someone who has some experience in a supervisory role and wants that next step.
We also pay an extra £1,000 per annum if you hold any of the following: SEND level 3, Forest School approved qualification, or any relevant Early Years qualification above Level 3. Fancy gaining more qualifications with us? We're here to help and support you.
