About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. That’s why we give you opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are seeking a qualified professional to help us realize our vision of being the leading childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks, to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working in collaboration with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and for children’s outcomes.
  • Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent care, early education, and maintaining high performance standards.

Who are we looking for?

We seek someone dedicated to achieving outstanding results for children, who:

  • Holds a full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • Can pass an Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us).
  • Is open, honest, compassionate, inspiring, and passionate about early years and working with children.
