Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks to suit your work-life balance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children's outcomes.
  • Support the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met.

Ideal candidate:

  • Possess a full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • Have an Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us).
  • Be open, honest, compassionate, inspiring, and passionate about early years and working with children.
