Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. We provide opportunities for you to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We seek a qualified professional to help us realize our vision of being the leading childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time work between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks to suit your work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results for children.
  • Support the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us).
  • Open, honest, and compassionate nature.
  • Passionate about early years and working with children.
