Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Offering flexible and part-time work between 7am and 6:30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks to suit your work-life balance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children's outcomes.
  • Support the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver outstanding care, early education, and maintain performance standards.

Ideal candidate:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
  • Enhanced DBS check (cost covered)
  • Open, honest, and compassionate
  • Inspiring and passionate about early years education and working with children
