A local educational authority in Dorchester is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Pre-School Assistant to join their early years team. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment for children. Candidates must have an NVQ2 in Early Years and experience with young children. This is a fixed-term position, offering a salary between £16,499 and £16,758 per annum for 30 hours a week, 38.4 weeks a year.

Salary: Grade 3, Point 3-4: £16,499 - £16,758 per annum (subject to experience)
Contract: 30 hours per week, 38.4 weeks per year (term time plus 4 inset days), fixed term until July 2026
