A creative nursery in Fleetwood is seeking a passionate Pre-School Practitioner to join their team. Overview

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years professional looking for a rewarding role? Do you enjoy working with young individuals across creative activities? Are you interested in outdoor/ indoor learning, an environment that includes, paint, sensory materials and puddle splashes? If so, we are seeking an enthusiastic Pre-School Practitioner to join our vibrant nursery, caring for children aged 0-5. This Pre school is located in Fleetwood with parking and a public bus available for commute options.

Responsibilities
  • Creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-5.
  • Understanding and effectively implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Planning and facilitating engaging continuous provision activities that support children development.
  • Utilising both indoor and outdoor learning spaces to enhance children experiences.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
  • Supporting with meal times.
  • General tidying such as cleaning away meals, activities and general pupil hygiene: wiping noses etc.
  • Working with the existing team collaboratively.
Qualifications
  • A Level 3 CACHE Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery or pre-school setting.
  • A strong understanding of child development and best practices in Early Years education.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Hours & Benefits

This is a full-time, all-year-round position, meaning we are open throughout school holidays. We offer two working patterns to choose from:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay will fall between 13.88- 14.50 per hour.
