Our team of experts works closely with vendors and partners to deliver cutting-edge security technologies that protect IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales Technical Specialist to join our growing Solutions Engineering team.

About the Role
We are looking for an IT professional looking to transition into Cyber Security and Presales. You will join our growing Solutions Engineering Team, where you will gain exposure to working with exciting technologies, backed by the wider Engineering Team and vendors

As a Pre-Sales Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our partners and customers by demonstrating, and enabling the adoption of our cyber security solutions. This role requires a background in either IT Support, Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity.

Your ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success.Job Requirements

  • Technical education or 2+ years in IT, teaching, or instructional roles
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Background in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity
  • Understanding of security operations, threat detection, and incident response
  • Skilled in delivering technical presentations and training
  • Able to communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Exposure to cybersecurity tools through work or study
  • Knowledge of network security principles
  • Confident presenting to diverse audiences in various settings
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and teams
  • Open to occasional travel for engagements
Job Responsibilities
  • Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Deliver product demos and PoCs for cybersecurity solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity and OT best practices
  • Collaborate with vendors to stay current on products and industry trends
  • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and marketing content
  • Develop expertise in assigned technologies and gain broad knowledge across our security portfolio
  • Support the sales cycle with technical insights, presentations, and enablement demos
  • Maintain relevant product and vendor certifications
