Position Overview:We are seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect who blends technical expertise with a strong, charismatic presence in front of customers. This role will be pivotal in supporting our sales organization, bridging the gap between technical functionality and customer needs. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that solve complex data analysis and archiving challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be an expert in big data analytics to excite customers about Archive360. You will become a trusted advisor on multiple issues of architecture, design, and implementation to lead to the successful adoption of the Archive360 Platform.
• Author reference architectures, how-tos and demo scenarios to support customers. Lead workshops to help build the Archive360 community.
• Lead technical demonstrations and presentations that align to customer needs and business goals.
• Develop customer relationships and build internal partnerships with account executives and teams.

What You Bring:

• Experience, technical customer-facing and with a background in Analytics / Data Science or Data Engineering.
• Proven pre-sales experience or equivalent customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Systems Architect, etc.).
• Prior experience with coding in a programming .
• Hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms (Azure a plus).
• Experienced in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs to multiple audiences requiring an ability to context switch in levels of technical depth.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%, including internationally as needed.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud ETLs such as Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle EBS.
