What impact you will have

The Pre-Sales EMEA Lead will manage and grow a team of Pre-Sales engineers in EMEA in sync with the NA and APAC peers. The Pre-Sales Engineer role will act as a technical expert supporting sales teams in delivering hybrid solutions for Immersion Cooling together with Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) environments for data centers. This role bridges customer needs with technical solutions, ensuring energy-efficient cooling systems meet performance requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Ability to manage, mentor and scale a team of pre-sales professionals ensuring alignment with sales goals and company strategy.
  • Develop and implement pre-sales strategies that drives business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored cooling solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) workshops.
  • Develop solution architectures, proposals, and respond to RFPs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor technologies in cooling systems.
  • Provide technical support during the sales cycle and assist with post-sale implementation.

What you’ll need

  • Strong knowledge of DLC and immersion cooling technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of IT used in DataCenters.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Engineering degree with experience in data center cooling or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in presales technical support roles, such as a Pre-sales Lead or Pre-sales Manager.
  • Solid understanding of emerging technologies, including HPC and AI, and how enterprises are adopting these technologies.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
