Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to deliver technical and design support through the pre-sales cycle, develop solutions and proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction across the MENA region.

You will collaborate with Business Development and commercial teams, provide post-sales technical support, and contribute to successful implementation of fire and life safety solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in Fire & Life Safety.
• Experience with EN and UL standards.
• Strong design and proposal development capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and design support throughout the pre-sales process.
• Develop customer-focused solutions and proposals.
• Support sales growth and product management with technical guidance.
• Deliver product overviews and pre-sales presentations.
• Coordinate after-sales technical support with partners and end users.
