The Role: Pre-Sales Engineer

You'll be the technical virtuoso behind our demos -turning complicated workflows into compelling narratives. Your demo means business: agile, crystal-clear, and built to win trust.

What You'll Do:

  • Deep-dive into prospect pain points to craft targeted, impactful discovery conversations.
  • Lead live, show-stopping demos and PoCs that highlight AI-powered document checks, liveness detection, sanctions screening, and risk alerts.
  • Architect tailor-made solution proposals: integrating APIs, SDKs, and ensuring the system blends seamlessly into client environments.
  • Support sales cycles with technically compelling RFPs/RFIs, while feeding real customer insights back to Product and Engineering.
  • Own and refine technical assets -demo scripts, integration collaterals, and client-facing documentation.
  • Help company-wide alignment by supporting onboarding workflows and clarifying technical setups.

About You:

Must-Haves:

  • 1-2 years in presales, solutions engineering, or demo engineering -bonus if you've worked in SaaS, fintech, or RegTech.
  • Expert storyteller: articulate, engaging, and capable of simplifying complex tech into clear business value.
  • Hands-on with identity verification systems, KYC/AML workflows, API integrations, or compliance tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in financial crime/advisory ecosystems.
  • Background in building PoCs, responding to RFPs, or technical strategy.
  • Collaborative across sales, product, and engineering teams.
