What you'll be doing
The main goal of this role is to learn and understand the HVAC industry with the aim of being able to support our Regional Sales Managers and customers with selections, design, and quotes.

  1. Understanding buildings, how they work
  2. Handling customer and sales inquiries via email and phone
  3. Supporting our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and assisting external customers
  4. Helping to select and quote HVAC equipment based on customer needs
  5. Reviewing technical drawings and specifications to develop cost-effective solutions
  6. Analysing competitor quotes to create competitive offers
  7. Following projects from start to finish, providing design and technical support along the way
  8. Answering basic technical queries to assist RSMs and customers
  9. Looking for ways to improve processes and reduce costs
  10. Working closely with RSMs and customers to provide pricing and availability information

What we're looking for:

  1. Grade C/4 or above in GCSE Science, English, Maths, and ICT OR Engineering
  2. Full UK driving licence
  3. Someone who is keen to learn, ask questions and wants to be involved - bright and inquisitive with a hunger for learning
  4. Good written English
  5. An interest in M&E, engineering and the HVAC industry
  6. Good problem solver
  7. Computer literate and know the basics on Microsoft Office
  8. Confident and articulate
