Job summary

Qualifications

Experience working on packaging lines or similar production environments.
Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
Good communication and teamwork across shifts.

Responsibilities

Daily start-up of the line and correct AFP setup for glass and plastic sheets.
Ensure packaging, sealing, printing and traceability meet legal weight and quality.
Monitor progress, downtime and staffing; report to the Pre-pack Team Leader.
Report issues timely to Pre-pack Team Leader and Maintenance.
Pro-actively communicate with staff, line leaders, team leaders and managers.
Support continuous improvements on the line and processes.
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and GMP.
Support end of shift hygiene with planned clean-down.
Follow the production plan in line with current bag rates.
Take on any other duties as required or deemed necessary.
