Pre-Owned Sales Consultant

We are looking for a Used Car Sales Consultant to join us in building on our achievements.

About the role :

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
• Take customers through the trade-in / valuation process
• Negotiate and finalise sales agreements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota products and promotions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build customer loyalty
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Who we're looking for :

• Previous experience in a dealership pre-owned sales
• Ideally, experience / understanding of the trade-in / vehicle valuation process
• Understanding the local pre-owned market, vehicle pricing, demands, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and products is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Valid driver's license
