Pre-Offer Case ManagerCase Management West Malling, Kent GBP26,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic pre-offer Case Management team within a well-established Buy-to-Let lender. With over 25 years of experience in the UK mortgage market, this firm is known for delivering exceptional service and innovative mortgage solutions. The role of Pre-Offer Case Manager is central to the success of the mortgage application journey. Working closely with departments such as Sales, Risk and Underwriting, the successful candidate will manage a pipeline of applications, ensuring they are processed efficiently through to the offer stage. Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries on mortgage applications
  • Provide accurate updates and resolve queries efficiently
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to meet business requirements
  • Monitor application progress and ensure system accuracy
  • Pre-approve valuation reports and supplementary documents
