An established Yorkshire region practice has an excellent opportunity in their Bradford office for a pre-litigation paralegal with at least 12 months' experience handling claims in the pre-litigation stage. This role focuses on defending EL/PL claims arising from Personal Injury and offers opportunities for development within a highly-regarded law firm.

This position does not involve litigation work, although there may be potential to transition into litigation in the future. Your client base will mainly consist of well-known retailers, providing valuable client contact experience and opportunities to negotiate with opponents, experts, and statutory bodies.

Candidates should have previous paralegal experience, be highly organized, and eager for further learning and development. Attendance at the Bradford office is required, so candidates should reside within a reasonable distance from Bradford.
